The InternationalCooperation and Exchange Office of Chongqing Creation Vocational College is anopen management and service window for international cooperation and exchangewith other units and higher educational organizations in Hong Kong, Macao,Taiwanregions and at abroad. Our responsibilities are as following:

I. Strict implementation of foreign law, regulationsand policies, and execution of foreign rules, regulations and resolutions madeby superior department in charge.

II. Responsible for the formulation thedevelopment plan, rules and regulations for international cooperation andexchange for our college.

III. Undertake reception for delegations both athome and abroad.

IV. Responsible for the planning, approvalsubmit and management of the temporary visiting groups and delegations for ourstaff.

V. Take the lead in the submit and management ofprojects sending teachers abroad.

VI. Hold the responsibility for the introductionof foreign brains, the approval and management of both short and long-termforeign experts, and assistance in approval of foreign academic activities.

VII. Undertake the enrollment and dailymanagement of international students, and the submit, approval and managementof scholarships for them.

VIII. Responsible for coordination of cooperation,development and exchange projects both at home and abroad.

IX. Undertake foreign publicity work for thecollege.

X. Complete other work assigned.
